When you go walking through the park, you might find some very friendly animals. like this Heron fishing in the pond only about ten feet from us.

I love the colors of this photograph. They are very calming. The soft white and green really give you a sense of peace.

What a creative fence. It was so pretty the old wheels fenced in the front yard. I love how the trees and bushes put a nice frame around the wheels.

Three  sun bathing turtles. They did not move. I watched them for awhile. The water would splash up around them, but they were as  still as a stachue.

North Georgia State Fair

This ride makes me dizzy just thinking about it. The ride would spin around and around until it was straight up like a Ferris wheel, and then it would continue to spin all the way back down. It was very amusing to watch people exit the ride completely befuddled.

My family and I were walking along the shore of Lake Lanier in Ganesville, GA, and I saw the most interesting prickly plant. The colors of this curious plant reminds me of fall.

Downtown Cullman, AL at 2nd ave and 3rd st.  A family holiday for some peace and quit.  Cullman is a small country town with friendly people.  If you enjoy antiques this is the town for you.

Walking through the park I saw this bloom poking through some of the other flowers.  In the back ground was a fountain and when I took the picture it made a very enchanting back drop.

This flower was a gift to me for Mother’s day, and the blooms on it are just gorgeous.  Enjoy!
